Mr. Sanj Singh brings over 20 years of proven leadership experience in the biotech and life science industries. He is guided by a daily commitment to add value to individuals, organizations, and causes.

As a co-founder and CEO of Temple Therapeutics, established in 2015, he has led the company to the forefront of women’s health, building a clinical-stage biotechnology firm with a robust pipeline. His key achievements include securing strategic commercial partnerships, acquiring and developing new intellectual property, and driving the creation of a highly differentiated product portfolio. Under his leadership, the company has obtained financing to support late-stage clinical development for first- and best-in-class therapeutics, secured supply chain agreements, entered into development partnerships, and expanded its portfolio opportunities.

Sanj serves on the Board of Directors for BioteCanada and previously held the position of Vice Chair for the Emerging Companies Advisory Board of BioteCanada. He also served previously as a professor of entrepreneurship and technology management at the University of Saskatchewan, where he was responsible for the MBA Biotechnology Management program and led the growth of the university’s entrepreneurship center as its inaugural director.

Sanj earned his undergraduate degrees in Finance, Marketing, International Business, and Biotechnology from the University of Saskatchewan Edwards School of Business, along with his MBA. He is married to his wife, Theresa, and they have four adult children and three grandchildren.

An avid multi-sport athlete, Sanj enjoys spending time with his family, serving his community through board memberships and volunteer work, and mentoring young entrepreneurs.
